Though dancers have lower chances of getting Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injuries, they still come across their number of injuries. Number one contender is hip injuries of all sorts. The next is foot and ankle injuries, followed by knee injuries, stress fractures, and finally, arthritis.
Dancers rely heavily on their feet, legs, and core, which contributes to injuries in the ankles, feet, back, and hip. You can help avoid problems by staying hydrated, warming up, wearing proper shoes, and by keeping an eye on what your body is telling you. Don’t over train!
